Marty Comments:
The Natural, Todd is bull strong, built for moving poundage. Todd
will squat 700-pounds raw, bench 450 raw weighing 275. Hard worker with
a surprising taste for outdoor walking, he loves to eat and formerly
ate anything and everything. Now that he and wife Darla know how to
prepare chicken, fish, shellfish and fiber vegetables, Todd is having
no problem sticking to his diet. A big man like this needs lots of fuel.
Todd can eat three flattened chicken breasts and an entire 12-inch skillet
full of fiber veggies in a sitting and I encourage him to do so as lean
protein and fiber are near impossible to convert into body fat. I
love the pan-prepared salmon Marty showed us how to make. Todd saidtragic
news for the Alaskan salmon population.
