You glance at the calendar on your office desk and the realization hits you like a Mike Tyson shot to the face: in five weeks you’ll be on the beach! You feel a sick, sinking sensation in the pit of your stomach as you mentally contemplate your ample adipose tissue…saddlebag gluteus, marbled gut, cellulite-laden thighs and voluminous love handles. Your face is so puffy it looks as if you’ve contracted a permanent case of mumps. You would do anything to rectify this pitiful physical condition but time is working against you and you’re nothing but confused about how to go about it. If only you had a diet plan, you muse, contemplating your total embarrassment as you peel off your tee-shirt and reveal to friends and family (and a certain potential love interest) just how freaking fat and physically repulsive you actually are. This physical nightmare doesn’t have to come to pass; you can make a dramatic improvement in a short timeframe; assuming you stick to the plan tighter than an NFL defensive back guarding an all-pro wide receiver. The diet method we use is tried and proven – but you’ve got to nail down every aspect and do so right away if you expect to experience maximum progress in the minimum time allotted. Do it right and within four weeks you’ll make astounding physical progress. Anything less than full and complete allegiance to diet dilutes results and every time you skip a meal or blow off a workout you cause a downward spiral.
